Tusk & Trotter

Here is an example of some flat cut brass letters for a new business in Bentonville. These letters were cut from quarter inch thick brass, drilled for studs and then mounted into the wood facing. Chef Rob Nelson was very specific with what he needed and we were able to meet those needs while staying within his budget.
Make sure to check out Chef Rob Nelson at Tusk & Trotter in Bentonville for some great food, drink, and atmosphere.

Crystal Bridges Preview Center Install

We have been printing and installing the signage for Crystal Bridges at the Hotel Massey for the past 3 years now.  When they approached us about working with them on their new Preview Center, we were excited at the opportunity.  Designer Brittany Phillips had some great creative ideas and we were able to bring them to fruition. We used 5 different materials in this project: Cut vinyl for the doors and Experience Art letters indoors; a translucent vinyl for the transoms; a dusted crystal vinyl for the large windows; banner material for the peek-through backdrops; and our Photo Tex wall covering for the indoor display.

Swing by and enjoy the Preview Center as Crystal Bridges prepares to open this year on 11/11/11.

Snow Days and Specials

Well, when I looked out of my door this morning and saw this, I decided it is probably not a great idea to head up to Bentonville today.  Apparently, the bosses agreed because shortly after, I received an email stating that our office is closed.  We hope everybody stays safe out there; don't get out unless you have to.

While the snow is on the ground is a great time to think about the upcoming spring and summer months. There are some great opportunities out there to save for your spring and summer events.  One of which is the ever-present and always useful Koozie.

We've got them on special now for $0.69 with 200 being our lowest quantity.  Take advantage of it now and don't wait until spring to place your order. Specials aren't called "specials" for nothing; they don't last forever. Contact me (Michael Jordan) at mjordan@chooseamp.com for information on this and other specials.

Stay safe out there, and stay tuned for more specials later this month.

T-Shirt Design

There are a few things to remember when considering a t-shirt design and the potential costs involved.

  1. Quantity - As with most things in our industry, the more you buy, the lower the cost per unit.
  2. Quality - 50/50 t-shirts are a blend of cotton and polyester.  These shirts will shrink less and have a lower cost per unit.  100% Organic Cotton may give you that feel you are looking for, but will more than likely shrink after the first wash.
  3. Imprints - Each time you add an imprint location, a new screen has to be created and the shirt has to be run through the machine an additional time, increasing cost.
  4. Colors - Not only does the number of colors you use on the shirt increase cost, but the color of the shirt itself can result in a cost difference as well.  Light colors on dark shirts result in the use of more ink.

Now that you know more about it, you can come up with your design.  Give Michael a call at 479.696.3601 for definitive pricing and to get your t-shirt project underway.
